About this shirt
This spectacular piece of Lilywhites history is an officially licensed reproduction of the iconic 1983-84 home shirt worn during one of the club's greatest European triumphs. Engineered with a premium shadow-stripe white fabric, it features the historic navy-and-white tipped V-neck crossover collar and matching ribbed cuffs. The traditional Tottenham cockerel crest sits embroidered over the left chest, beautifully enhanced by a special commemorative inscription stitched below: "U.E.F.A. 1983-1984 FINAL". The famous Holsten sponsor is crisply applied across the center chest. Serving as the ultimate collector's showpiece, the entire front torso has been personally hand-signed by multiple legends from that historic squad using a permanent black marker.
The story behind the shirt
1984 in context
The 1983-84 campaign culminated in one of the most famous, spine-tingling nights in the history of White Hart Lane. On May 23, 1984, Keith Burkinshaw’s Spurs faced Belgian giants Anderlecht in the second leg of the UEFA Cup Final. Following a tense 1-1 draw in normal time thanks to a late equalizer from captain Graham Roberts, the tie went down to a dramatic penalty shootout. Stand-in goalkeeper Tony Parks became the ultimate hero, saving the decisive final penalty to secure the UEFA Cup crown for North London. This multi-signed jersey captures the spirit of that legendary squad, featuring the autographs of the icons who brought European glory back to the Lane.
